Green Banana Smoothie for Gut Health

Add this delicious and nutritious green banana smoothie recipe to your morning routine. Its great for gut health and has a high anti-inflamatroy effect.



Ingredients:

  • 1 green banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup kefir or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water or unsweetened almond milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
